|Recommended: YesIt Was Love At First Sight — I love living at Clearview since moving here 2 months ago. The Scenic apartment design and layout is really perfect for my needs. They thought of everything. I love having my mailbox right outside my door. I love walking into my apartment directly from the outside and not having to access my front door through a common hallway. I have plenty of storage within the apartment but also outside the apartment in the storage closet off the patio and in the garage. And best of all I will never get tired of my view overlooking the pond My only complaint is that the neighbor has a big screen TV mounted on the wall that we share and they have it on all throughout the night. The sound is loud and vibrates so that I hear it and it wakes me up. I personally use earbuds when I listen to TV or music at later hours so that I do not disturb neighbors. And—note to other dog owners—pick up your dog poop

Next morning I received a call stating maintenance staff would be out to take a look... couple hours later came and took care of washer. Popped in a new machine. Staff is friendly and efficient and very clean.keep up the good work.
